Pricing: Build Your Own Package!

Never pay for services you don’t need with our Build Your Own Package model.

Bookkeeping without any additional services starts at $200 per month. However, this will vary based on the size of your business and the number of transactions. We will use your bank activity to estimate your first month’s cost with an understanding that we can update the price at the end of the first month. This would only be necessary if there is significantly more or less work than expected.

Catch-up/Clean-up Services: Done on a project basis, we charge $75/hour. We pause at the four-hour mark ($300) and check in with you to discuss what we have done so far and provide an estimate for what the rest of the work will require. If you would like to retain us as your bookkeeper after the clean-up project is completed, you will not be charged the monthly bookkeeping rate for the first month — it will be included in the project cost.

Financial Reporting: A flat rate of $100 per month in addition to any other service costs for your chosen package will cover you for as many additional statements available through QuickBooks as you need. These will be included in our monthly strategic report along with the 3 core financial statements.

Strategic Analysis: This service starts at $200 per month and includes a comprehensive monthly report. It will include comparative analysis, charts tracking changes in revenue and expenditure, and a personalized narrative highlighting and explaining changes in key business metrics.
